Our hourly rate for concierge services is $25.00 per hour. All concierge services are prepaid, therefore we request that our clients  maintain a valid credit/debit card on file.

Option 1: Purchase blocks of time: By purchasing blocks of time you accumulate FREE hours! (see chart below) Each month your credit card will be billed for the hours you request. As hours are used they will be deducted from your account. Please note, time may always be added throughout the month, but time does not roll over to the next month. NO CHARGES WILL BE MADE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE.


Benefits: The benefits of selecting Option 1 are, we are available whenever you need us (during normal business hours). You earn free hours. You are eligible to purchase GIFTS OF TIME certificates for friends and family at a discounted rate. For every four consecutive months that you use our concierge services, you will receive a Tier 1 house cleaning, free of charge (certain restrictions apply).

Option 2: Pay as you go:  24 hour advance notice is required or same day hourly rates of $27.50 per hour will apply. Provide us with your list of priorities and we will estimate the cost of time and purchases. Payment will be due at that time. Solano Maids makes every effort to provide an estimate of time required to complete a task and the approximate cost for purchases. However, these are only estimates and may vary depending upon external factors (third party charges, traffic, etc). Upon completing your tasks if there are any overages, payment will be due at the time of our return. If purchases and/or time spent were less than estimated, you will be issued a reimbursement.   • Clients are responsible for the purchase of all materials, supplies, miscellaneous expenses, taxes, mileage,
    and toll (if applicable).
  • Option 1 clients are required to have a valid credit/debit card on file at all times. If you do not have or do not
    want to leave a credit card on file, a cash deposit (minimum $150.00) will be required and placed on your
    Solano Maids account.

    Limited Terms of Services:
    • There is a 1.5 hour minimum. Thereafter, billing will be in 15 minute increments.
    • We accept cash, check and credit/debit cards.
    • Mileage over 10 miles is charged at $.35 per mile.
    • If Solano Maids is required to cover any fees for overages a 15 % surcharge will apply.
    • We require a 24 hours notice of cancellation or a $15.00 fee will be assessed.
    • We only perform services that are moral, legal and ethical.
    • Returned checks will be subject to a fee of $35.00.
    • Client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
    • Rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
